Tube furnace
Tube furnace is a commonly used high-temperature heat treatment equipment, widely used in laboratory research, industrial production and material processing. Its main feature is that the heating elements are arranged around the high-temperature resistant furnace tube, and the space or atmosphere in the furnace tube is heated at high temperature to achieve various heat treatment processes such as material sintering, annealing, heat treatment, atmosphere protection sintering, CVD (chemical vapor deposition), etc.
Due to the compact structure, precise temperature control and adaptability to multiple atmosphere environments, the tube furnace has become the preferred equipment for heat treatment processing in the fields of inorganic materials, polymers, nanomaterials, carbon materials and new energy.

The structure of the tube furnace
The tube furnace is generally composed of the following main parts:
1. Furnace body
Furnace shell: It is welded with high-quality steel plates, and the surface of the shell is electrostatically sprayed or high-temperature painted to prevent corrosion and rust.

Heating element: Commonly used materials include high-quality resistance wire (such as iron-chromium-aluminum alloy wire, silicon-molybdenum rod, silicon carbide rod, etc.), and the corresponding material is selected according to different temperature sections and furnace types.
Furnace tube: Usually high-purity quartz tube, high-temperature corundum tube, 316L stainless steel tube, graphite tube and other materials are selected, depending on the temperature and process environment.
2. Control system
Temperature control instrument: It adopts intelligent digital display temperature control meter, which has functions such as PID adjustment, program temperature rise and fall, and over-temperature alarm.

3. Sealing devices at both ends of the furnace tube
